Memberships
In Loma del Mar, no two homes are alike. Originally a trailer park of trailers and motorhomes with casitas (little houses), ramadas (covered parking) and bodegas (storage buildings) added, LDM eventually became a mix including full size luxury houses.
The community features diverse properties unified by Mexican architectural principles. Most accommodations support year-round residence or seasonal winter stays.
The Club has two sections
Original Area
When purchasing membership, you acquire the improvements on the lot including the buildings and furnishings and have the exclusive use of the land for a specific amount of time which can be extended in increments much like a lease.
Estates Section
This newer area operates as a Mexican Condominium where the land can be purchased and owned outright, with a Fideicomiso bank trust.
Both membership types grant full park and amenities access.
You're a Member
Members automatically join the San Carlos Trailer Club (SCTC), the park's administrative body. The SCTC consists of resident membership with an elected Board of Directors who hires the Park employees to provide security and maintenance for the membership and also bills the membership for maintenance costs and utilities.
Property Information
Prospective members may visit in person, contact the SCTC office for property showings, or speak with neighborhood volunteers displaying “Membership Information” signs.
